Detail oriented Salesforce professional with over 10 years’ experience designing and leading the implementation of long-term solutions for business requirements, on scope and on schedule. With over 8 years’ experience managing my org as a solo admin, and 8 years’ experience as a Salesforce Consultant, I have gone from Salesforce Admin to Technical Architect. I strive to develop solutions to complex needs simply and elegantly, that will grow with the business. When designing solutions, I always consider existing features and configuration before code, without sacrificing needs and usability, to well-architected solutions in line with the long-term roadmap.
Over my 8 years’ experience as a Salesforce Consultant, I have led multiple on-site and remote implementations simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team in an agile environment. The clients I work have a diverse background, coming from a variety of verticals, locations, and sizes, ranging from 3 to thousands users, on Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions of Salesforce in Sales, Service, and Community Clouds. Throughout the implementation process, I work with a diverse set of users, from end users to executives, to ensure successful solutions with gold star usability company-wide. In addition to implementing solutions on the Force.com platform, I also work with business stakeholders to implement governance and change management policies for user requests, sandbox management plans, release communication policies, and release training and deployment schedules. Post implantation, I continue to provide ongoing support for both end users and admins as needed.
